L. EARL OGLETREE was born in Jacksonville, Florida, on November 3, 1971.  He attended Valdosta State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1995.  He then attended Oklahoma City University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 1999, and was admitted to the Oklahoma bar that same year. 

Mr. Ogletree has tried numerous catastrophic injury cases in all areas of tort litigation with special emphasis on medical and dental malpractice defense.  Additionally, he has actively litigated multiple tortious breach of contract, fraud, product liability, and wrongful employment termination cases.  Among his achievements, he has been recognized by his peers as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer each year from 2006 to present.  Mr. Ogletree has been rated by his peers as a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent lawyer.  Most recently, Mr. Ogletree was recognized as Top Attorneys in Oklahoma for personal injury and medical malpractice defense.  

Mr. Ogletree is admitted to practice before, and has litigated in all Oklahoma state and federal courts, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.  He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and is a frequent speaker to medical groups on topics related to healthcare law. 

Mr. Ogletree resides in Cashion with his wife and children.
