Nicholas A. Muñoz was born in Rock Springs, Wyoming and grew up in Green River, Wyoming. He attended the University of Wyoming where he graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Upon graduation, Nicholas worked in the property management and oil and gas sectors...


Nicholas graduated with distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2021. While pursuing his Juris Doctor, he served as a note and comment editor of the Oklahoma Law Review, where as a candidate his Note was selected for publication. Additionally, Nicholas received the Frank C. Love Memorial Award for excellence in legal writing, mentored first-year students, and served in the Luther Bohanon American Inn of Court. Mr. Muñoz also competed in numerous moot court competitions and was named a 1L Moot Court Distinguished Speaker. After passing the bar, Mr. Muñoz joined Wiggins Sewell & Ogletree in 2021.


Mr. Muñoz resides in Moore with his wife and their two sons.
