ANDREW T. GIN was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He attended Oklahoma State University, where he graduated with his Bachelors of Arts in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises and a minor in Marketing. Following graduation, Mr. Gin attended Oklahoma City University School of Law on a merit scholarship.

Mr. Gin was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society and a member in the Robert J. Turner Inn of Court. Additionally, he was a Dean’s Pro Bono Fellowship recipient and received the CALI Award in Antitrust. During his time at OCU, Mr. Gin clerked for the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office and for the general counsel for the Governor of Oklahoma. Graduating in the top 20% of his class, Mr. Gin earned his Juris Doctorate cum laude in 2017. In 2019, he was awarded Oklahoma’s NextGen Under 30.

Mr. Gin focuses primarily in medical malpractice defense, including the defense of hospitals, physicians, nurses, paramedics, long-term care facilities, nursing homes and assisted living centers. He is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, the Young Lawyers Division of the Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.

Mr. Gin is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
