Rebecca E. Schmidt

Becca Schmidt was born in Seoul, South Korea and grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She attended the University of Oklahoma where she pursued a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. After graduating in 2020, she continued her education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. As a law student and recipient of the Robert T. Rennie scholarship, Ms. Schmidt worked at firms that specialized in real estate transactions, probate matters, and estate planning. While working, she also managed law firm social media presence and built firm websites to coincide with client preferences.

After discovering her enthusiasm for healthcare law and medical negligence, Ms. Schmidt joined Wiggins Sewell & Ogletree as a legal clerk. After completing her juris doctor and passing the bar, Ms. Schmidt began working as an associate attorney at Wiggins Sewell & Ogletree. Ms. Schmidt’s diverse experiences drive her to approach each case with diligence and adaptability.
